The purchase contracts are between Wedding World and the name printed and signed on the contract. Wedding World reserves the right to not discuss any details of the purchase with any other third party.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the final balance is required to secure any order.
All items ordered through Wedding World will remain the property of Wedding World until the full balance of the order has been received.
The customer has the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days of the signed date of the contract.
Full Payment to Wedding World will be required on the delivery of the dress to Wedding World 36 Guildhall Street Folkestone Kent CT20 1EE.
The Client, if they wish, may pay for their items (s) in instalments prior to the delivery date. (see no.5)
All consultations will be held at the Wedding World premises.
All items must be checked on collection by the client, for quality and fit prior to removal from the company premises. In the client removing the product from the Wedding World premises 36 Guildhall Street, Folkestone, Wedding World takes the position that the client is satisfied with their purchase and cannot be held responsible for the condition of the product forthwith.
Alterations are not included within the price of any product.
Wedding World will not be held responsible for a garment not fitting a client once the order has been placed and the size and colour etc have been agreed. i.e. the garment not fitting a client from a client gaining or losing weight or becoming pregnant.
