Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses?
It isn't always essential, but we can get very busy at times - especially on Saturdays. Brides with an appointment have a changing room and a member of staff to help them, so if you can book in advance it helps.  Weekdays tend to be much quieter and you are much more likely to be able to try on dresses without an appointment.
What if I just want to look?
You are very welcome to come in and browse, but if we are very busy you may not be able to try on dresses.
Do you sell bridesmaids' dresses?
Yes we do, we have 5 designers to choose from Dessy, Alfred Angelo, Raylia, Mark Lesley and Ebony . 
What is your price range?
We have wedding dresses priced from £399 to £1500 
Brideamids Dresses range from £90 - £250
Shoes range from £40 - £200
Veils range from £35 -£170
Tiaras range from £45 - £150
What sizes have you got in stock?
We have dresses from size 6 -30 to try on.
Do alterations cost extra? 
Yes all alterations are on top of the price of the dress, the alterations costs can vary depending upon the work that needs to be done and the detail of the dress. ( please ask in store for more information)
When should I start looking for my dress?
Bear in mind that fashions do change, so start looking 12 - 18 months before your wedding, and aim to order at the latest 6 months before. Dresses can take up to 5 months to arrive and then you need to allow time for fittings and alterations.
Will I need to pay a deposit when I order?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when you place your order. The balance is due when the dress arrives.
Do you have every dress from each collection?
No, unfortunately we don't stock every dress,though we do have access to the entire range of any one designer. We do try to display as wide a selection of styles as possible but if you are trying to find a particular dress and we don't stock it as a display dress, please call us with the style number and we can have it available for you to try on at a cost of £45. but if you were to go on and purchase a dress with us we will refund 50% of that charge at £22.50
Do you have flexible opening times?
Yes we do we are open normally from 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday and from 10am - 6pm on a Saturday but we regularly open in the evenings if customers cannot make an appointment normal opening hours.
Do you sell Petticoats?
Yes we do, we sell and hire petticoats.
If I choose to use your Makeup & Hair service when should I book?
We suggest booking as early as possible as our makeup & hair diary fills up very quickly.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes our shop is located in one of the main precincts in Folkestone town centre and we have a large changing room area all on the ground floor.
